About Orivade

Built for the way fund teams actually work.

Orivade exists because the people running private funds deserve software that understands their work — not software they have to work around.

The problem

Fund operations are run on the wrong tools.

When an LP calls to ask about their subscription agreement, someone has to search forty-seven emails to find it. When a GP joins a call, they're half-remembering a conversation that happened six months ago. When a close approaches, the wire status lives in a spreadsheet that was last updated four days ago.

None of this is a failure of competence. It's the predictable result of running institutional operations on tools built for something else entirely.

The information exists. It always has. It just isn't organized in a way that makes it usable at the moment it matters.

What we believe

Information exists. We surface it.

Fund teams already have everything they need — commitments, conversations, documents, updates. Orivade doesn't ask you to enter data. It finds what's already there.

The operator deserves better tools.

The fund administrator, the CFO, the VP of investor relations — they're running institutional operations on tools designed for individual productivity. That's the problem Orivade fixes.

Institutional memory shouldn't leave with anyone.

When someone leaves a fund, they take context with them. Conversations, commitments, relationships. Orivade makes that knowledge permanent, independent of any one person.

Trust is built through consistency.

LP relationships compound over time. Every interaction either builds or erodes trust. Orivade helps teams show up prepared, every time, without heroics.

The team

Former operators. Still operators.

Orivade was built by people who spent years working inside private fund teams — as CFOs, finance directors, and fund administrators. We know the job. We built the tool we always needed.
